Phil came up with the idea for myjobs.coach when in one week he received ten calls from friends and family asking how to find a job! Having researched what was on the market he found that whilst outplacement is a reasonably well-known service for some sectors in some they don't know about it. Also the clear difference is the online training platform that's been designed specifically for E-learning. Having spent 20 years in recruitment from the shop floor through to board room he's helped hundreds of people find a new role giving him a fantastic insight of what people have to face when coming to the jobs market.

He is an affiliated Trainer with APSCO (The Association of Professional Staffing Companies) and continues to transform the way that companies attract and resource talent, and how individuals search for and engage with opportunities.By putting the consultancy at the core of the process, Tim's coaching allows people to select and attract the right talent to grow their businesses and support individuals in reaching their potential and having the careers that they aspire to.
